Lilac Ice Cream!

My romantic obsession with lilacs continues.  This time it’s in a smooth and creamy frozen form.  Three simple, healthy ingredients make this ice cream a seasonal delight you will want to make every year!!

Lilac Ice Cream

Ingredients:

4 bananas, cut into chunks and frozen

1/2  cup of coconut milk

1/3 cup of lilac blossoms 

organic frozen bananas



Put the ingredients in a food processor and process until completely smooth.  

You can eat it right away or out it in a container to scoop later, like on Memorial Day:)

I topped my frosty bowl with some blossoms.  It would look really pretty and unique on a cone too.
